Please join us for an entertaining and informative presentation on the Whiskey Rebellion Trials of 1795, in which 2 tried for treason under an “expanded definition” were found guilty, sentenced to death and pardoned by President Washington. The presentation includes trial re-enactment and a panel discussion on Current issues on Grand Jury and Treason. Panel members include: Prof. Yochum (moderator); Hon. Maurice B. Cohill; Khasha Attaran, Esq. (AFPD); Robert Cessar, Esq. (AUSA); Michael Ivory, Esq. (AUSA). Players include: Hon. Susan Paradise Baxter; Dan Booker, Esq.; Hon. Maurice B.
